Your Mac provides several tools to help you identify it. The simplest is About This Mac, available by choosing About This Mac from the Apple menu in the top left-hand corner of your screen. The other is the System Information app. Find out how to use these tools to identify your Mac.
If you don't have your Mac or it's not able start up, use one of these solutions instead:
- Find the serial number printed on the underside of your Mac, near the regulatory markings. It's also on the original packaging, next to the barcode label. You can then enter that serial number on the Check Coverage page to find your model.
- The original packaging might also show an Apple part number, such as MQD32xx/A ('xx' is a variable that differs by country or region). You can match the Apple part number to one in the list below to find your model.
Scroll down until you see the blue download button 3. Select a blue link from under the download button to match your computer's operating system (32 or 64-bit) 4. Allow the app to make 'changes to your device' if you get that pop up message. Then, the program will start to download. Click the blue install button 6. Open the DMG and drag Reflector 3 to Applications After opening the Reflector 3 DMG file, you will need to drag the Reflector application file into your Mac's /Applications folder. Reflector 3 MUST run from this directory to prevent issues when using the application. Download and install Reflector on your computer. It's available for both macOS and Windows. Connect your computer and iPhone to the same wifi network. Open Reflector on your computer. On your iPhone, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen to open Control Center. Tap 'Screen Mirroring.' Try Reflector 3 free for 7 days. Add the screen mirroring receiver to any Mac or Windows computer. Download the official screen-mirroring receiver here. Download AirParrot for Mac to send your Mac's screen to an Apple TV. And uses Quick Connect to connect directly to a device running Reflector 2. Easily share your screen, videos, audio.
